United for Lakewood!

Coalition Event on 2/24 to Make Lakewood Livable

Lakewood took bold action on housing affordability.

Now it’s up to ALL of us to defend it.

Join us.

Join Leaders from across Colorado to Defend Lakewood's Pro-Housing Policy

In 2025, Lakewood passed the most ambitious pro-housing, pro-affordability policy in the Mountain West.

Now a small opposition group is trying to overturn it in a low-turnout special election on April 7th. But a win in Lakewood shows the rest of Colorado what's possible.

Join elected officials, housing advocates, climate leaders, and community members from across Colorado for an evening to raise the funds we need to win.

This Fight is Bigger Than Housing

The progress we make strengthens everyone in Colorado.

✓ TRANSIT — Dense housing near stations makes RTD viable across the metro

✓ CLIMATE — Compact development reduces sprawl into fire-prone wildlands

✓ ECONOMY — Workforce mobility depends on housing affordability

✓ AFFORDABILITY — Every unit not built in Lakewood drives up prices statewide

A win in Lakewood builds a successful playbook for housing, transit, and climate progress across Colorado. We all win together.
